For the global launch of the Fisker Ocean, the EV startup needed to differentiate its flagship vehicle from the pack. We positioned the Ocean to telegraph the humanist ethos of the Fisker brand and also embody the free-spirited optimism and ingenuity of California which inspired its design. I was tasked with crafting language and tag lines that captured that emotion—the glint of ocean waves on the horizon, wind blowing in your hair, the sun perpetually shining. The result was a multi-channel campaign leading up to the Los Angeles Auto Show where the hero video was unveiled to the public.
